Another informative and fun class with personal chef Lisa Banchieri has been planned for Monday 22nd January 2018
Our current planned recipes will be:-
- gorgonzola & pear risotto croquettes
- Ravioli with fresh home-made pasta, beetroot & potato ravioli
- Arista – Tuscan Pork with huge red seeded grapes & Tuscan roast potatoes
- Mini meringues with fresh fruit and whipped cream
Arista with prosciutto and red grapes – the pork takes sweetness from the grapes and the fruit acid from the grapes cuts through the fat from the pork – Yummy!
Cost €79 to cover printed recipes, aprons, chefs hats, the lesson and finally sitting down and eating our triumphant meal washed down with some appropriate Tuscan wines.
