By Popular demand Lisa Banchieri  is joining me back in the UK again to do some Tuscan Cookery lessons for my friends here in South London – I hope they will be as successful and popular as last year’s were.

As always we wil make fresh pasta and one of my favourite photos from last year was of Sarah wondering what to do with the left overs after making our ravioli parcels – ( Lisa showed us how to make some savoury bases for antipasti – waste not – want not!)

Now what on earth can I make with this?

We have also made some unusual dishes this year in Italy – these zucchine flowers were a real treat when stuffed with a ricotta mix and  lightly roasted

ready for baking - fresh zuccini flowers

On Saturday we are making the pasta base canapes, a special fish dish – fish in acqua pazza – (crazy water -half wine and half olive oil) and roasted peach!  Delicious!

Even the left overs were yummy! – I caught these two in the kitchen secretly emptying the piping bag used for the ravioli fillings !

Lisa is the most creative person I know – every “could I do?” is met with “Why Not?” – and further suggestions added.

BUH! Of course! Why Not?!!
