Very organised this morning – everything off pat now foodwise but somehow the recipes have got scattered and more need printing – otherwise everything set up and ready before the guests arrive at midday.
Ever smilely Lisa explains about fresh basil for the bruschetta
After another full day teaching – Poor Lisa had to get up early to get to Gatwick airport by 7.45 on Monday to go home to change and then off to another lesson in Siena that afternoon.
Getting to Gatwick was simple enough – but getting out of Gatwick became a full day nightmare of sitting around waiting for news – eventually the flight was cancelled – so she was put on the next one and only got home at midnight.
But she is still smiling – what a wonder woman!
