Following the success of Lisa’s visit to London in August and December 2011, when we had some one-day cookery course that were over subscribed, I am bringing her back over to the UK for another batch of classes in August and December 2012.

Fond memories of last year in my kitchen and dining area!

Now what on earth can I make with this?

The four course Tuscan meal that we will prepare together at all these lessons will once again be accompanied by Italian wines especially selected – and described – by our sommelier Alessandro Cappellotto.

The photo below shows ladies demolishing the end of the pasta filling – pear and gorgonzola – yummy!!!

A good Chianti wine will no doubt be included at some point – image below shows  Sangiovese grapes, which form at least 80% of a Chianti Classico.

The lesson will begin around 12.00 and we should have prepared and finished eating everything before 18.00!

Our proposed menu will be:-

1. antipasti:- – Lisa’s special bruscette – including the very specially yummy fegatini and vin santo ;

2. primi :-pasta – Ravioli with pear and Gorgonzola cheese – programme includes making our own fresh pasta from scratch.

3. secondi :- lamb roast with artichokes and potatoes

4. Dolce :- panna cotta with forest fruits.

We will also provide a fish recipe like last time for anyone who cant cope with meat! All washed down with some fine Chianti

All participants are given a complete copy of all recipes we work on + a pen to add notes as Lisa usually gives away several variations on every menu as she talks!Aprons are also provided to use and to keep as a souvenir.

Cost for lesson, meal and wine and all extras – £80
